The Convertible/Reversible Bag Tour and Giveaway

This is the 4th day of this great bag tour and by now, many of you have seen a variety of versions of this amazing bag. My version is below:

I had the privilege of testing this fabulous new bag a few weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience and the bag is really not difficult to make. It comes with labels to put on your fabric pieces as you cut them out, which makes it really easy to keep all the pieces straight, because this bag does have a lot of pieces.

Then you just need to read carefully and follow the directions step-by-step. Although you may wonder as you go along how it will all come together to create the 4 different looks, have no fear, it magically does it right at the end!

It is an amazing feat of fabric-engineering. The designer, Sarah Gido, worked diligently with us throughout the testing process, editing and clarifying to create a well-written pattern with lots of great diagrams. Thanks, Sarah, for the great experience!

My daughter and her family visited over the 4th of July and she loved the purse so much that it just walked home with her (I'll bet that many of you have that happen with daughters, friends and other relatives). Her favorite side is the burgundy and scroll side. She is having a great time using it and gets lots of complements.

Get your own pattern at 25% off through 8/2/2014 by clicking on the cozy nest link on the right side of my page. The code is bagtour.
