The Poppy Pouch by TanglewebbDesign

Large and medium pouches
I had the pleasure of testing The Poppy Pouch for a brand new Australian designer, Natell Webb, creator of TanglewebbDesign. This pattern includes an exceptionally comprehensive set of directions with clear diagrams for each step. These will be great to make individually or even in sets for gifts or for selling.

The Poppy Pouch pattern includes three sizes:
     Large- Base 8.5" x 4.5", width, 10.5"and height 6.5"
     Medium - Base 7.5" x 4", width 9.5" and height 5.5"
     Small - Base 6.5" x 3.5", width 8.5" and height 4.5"

You can get your pattern on Craftsy by clicking here.

I made the large and medium pouches in vintage cottons, but they can be made in a variety of fabrics and faux leathers. They are perfect for storing a variety of articles ranging from travel necessities and cosmetics to hobby and craft items. They open really wide to make it easy to reach everything and have cool side gussets that keep everything neatly inside. They also have handy tabs on each side to make for easy zipping and unzipping.

These are really fun to make and Natell's great directions are very clear and easy to follow. She has been making bags for years and includes lots of handy tips throughout her directions. The Poppy Pouch pattern is a PDF  download so you can get started immediately by getting your own pattern on Craftsy by clicking here.

I am looking forward to other new patterns from this creative designer in the near future. She has several already in process.

Until next time, may you sew with joy, stay healthy and be filled with God's awesome blessings!
